Our Meals
We provide delicious, high-quality, chef-prepared meals that have the power to nourish your body. Choose from the following:

Each dish is carefully crafted, using only the freshest, most nutritious ingredients to deliver a flavourful meal right to your door.
We don’t overcomplicate it, but we do deliver on flavour.
Our meals use simple, whole foods and are authentic meals you know and love. The difference? Our experts know how to deliver on taste and depth of flavour.
A simple delivery experience.
We deliver on Sundays and request a minimum order of 5 meals. No confusing meal bundles, no monthly fee. It’s as simple as that.
Our meals are designed to stay fresh for up to 5 days when refrigerated.
We deliver within a 30 km radius from 320 Richmond St East.
Delivery fees are based on your distance from our location:
Reheat in the microwave for 1½ to 2 minutes with the lid off or place the food on a parchment-lined baking tray and heat in the oven at 350°F for 5-10 minutes.
Orders are accepted from Sunday to Wednesday, with a cutoff time of 9:00 pm on Wednesday for delivery on the following Sunday.
All our meals are nut-free, dairy-free, and gluten-free. However, please note that our kitchen is not a certified gluten-free, dairy-free, or nut-free environment.
At Nourish Meals, we believe in the power of food to nourish both body and soul. We provide convenient, chef-prepared meals made with care, love, and respect, ensuring every dish is delicious, high-quality, and supports your well-being.
All our meals are prepared in a certified kitchen with high standards of professionalism, hygiene, and cleanliness.
If you’re not home, we will leave your meals at your front door or with your concierge. You will receive a text notification once your delivery is made. Please note, we are not liable for missing products or meals.
